Patrik Cesky

• Managing director of aws Fondsmanagement GmbH, aws Gründungsfonds  and aws Mittelstandsfonds since January 2024. 
• Since 2010 he has been working in various positions in investment management and business management. Most recently, he was instrumental in setting up a venture capital initiative with a focus on growth financing in the DACH and CEE regions at ERSTE Private Capital GmbH. 
• From 2018 to 2021 he was managing director of the biotechnology company EUCODIS Bioscience, where he implemented a successful restructuring that ultimately resulted in the sale of the company. Previously, as a senior investment manager at ARAX Capital Partners, he made investments in numerous deep tech companies, actively supporting their management and providing important strategic input as an advisory board member. 

• He played a key role in the preparation and execution of many exits through trade sales and IPOs on European and American stock exchanges. Patrik Cesky holds a master's degree in financial management and a bachelor's degree in business management.
